For award-winning restaurant Hutong, the festive season is not over yet. With Chinese New Year being one of the most famous festivals in China where individuals let go of the bad and old, Hutong welcomes guests to celebrate this grand festival and bring in the good and new.

This year, Hutong will enchant guests with an unforgettable experience and traditional entertainment to welcome the Year of the Water Tiger. Available exclusively on the evening of 1st of February, guests will witness an outstanding lion and dragon dance paying tribute to Chinese culture and traditions.

Fans of Hutong are also in for a special treat as each venue across the globe will present an exclusive cocktail from the 1st to the 28th of February. The Dubai outpost will serve a special handcrafted cocktail full of explosive flavours composed of Mandarin puree, fresh peppercorns, dry chili and pepper honey. The cheery cocktail is topped with an edible and artistic Hutong region tiger rice paper. Hutong will also introduce a Chinese New Year Dim Sum Platter and flavourful Northern Chinese dishes such as Lobster Lo Hei and Wagyu Rolls with Sichuan Chili Sauce to mark the occasion.

In line with the celebration of the Year of the Tiger, all Hutong venues across the world will be raising funds in aid of WWF-UK. Half the proceeds of the Chinese New Year cocktail will be donated to the world’s leading independent conservation organisation to support and protect all the tiger habitats across the world.

To end the occasion on a bright note, guests may hang their wishes on the legendary Wishing Tree, making it the perfect touch to the auspicious celebration.
