Located in Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, the brunch promises to be a direct flight to the heart of Italy, an immersive journey through six captivating regions renowned for their artistic heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and culinary treasures.

Starting from January 14, 2024, the inspiration behind this brunch lies in the venue’s commitment to abundance, freshness, and an authentic celebration of regional flavours. Unlike traditional buffets, "Viaggio in Italia Brunch" invites guests to relax, enjoy, and converse where the myriad offerings are served tableside– reminiscent of the Italian passion for food, social interaction, and gracious hospitality.

The inaugural edition showcases Sicilia, Campania, Lazio, Toscana, Emilia-Romagna, and Piemonte, with each region spotlighting a specific city. This variation aims to provide a fresh and captivating exploration of Italy's cultural, natural, and culinary wonders.

The experience is meticulously curated to guide guests through the diverse regions of Italy and introduce lesser-known signature dishes inspired by the distinctive flavours and culinary traditions of each region offering a unique and authentic gastronomic journey.  All this while and never leaving your seat… just simply relaxing while dining al fresco with a light breeze from Maryah bay overlooking the iconic Abu Dhabi skyline.

The "Viaggio in Italia Brunch" is available from January 14, 2024, for AED 240 per person excluding alcoholic beverages and AED 340 including bottomless prosecco, beer, white and red wine. Elevate the dining experience with the option to upgrade the main course for an additional AED 100. This premium upgrade ensures a gastronomic journey allowing guests to savour the exceptional flavours with an added touch of indulgence.
