Al Nafoorah, the multi award-winning restaurant at Jumeirah
Emirates Towers and Dubai’s premier authentic Lebanese food and entertainment
destination, will open its doors earlier in the day with the addition of its
all-new breakfast menu.
Available on Sundays to Thursdays, from 7:30am to 10:30am,
Al Nafoorah’s breakfast menu ranges from an a la carte selection of traditional
snacks, cheese, cold starters, freshly baked manakish, hot meals, pastries and
dessert. If that’s not enough, those looking at a ‘full Lebanese breakfast’,
can tuck into a set breakfast menu comprising of three dishes of their choice
along with a hot beverage for just AED115 per person.
The set menu offers a selection of manakish including
cheese, zaatar, labneh, or meat; foul, balila, or falafel; hot pastries, eggs
with minced lamb or beef sausage, cheese kunafa, fresh sliced fruits, jams and
hot beverage of either coffee or tea.
From it’s a la carte menu of snacks, guests will have an
appetizing selection of cheese offerings such as halloumi, shanklish, and
baladi, along with cold starters such as hummous, moutabal, labneh or spinach
with chickpeas. Guests can also savour traditional manakish – foldable dough
that comes out hot and freshly baked from the oven - with a choice of delightful
toppings including zaatar, labneh, cheese, meat and cheese & zaatar.
For those craving hot breakfast dishes, there’s a line-up of
Lebanese breakfast staples such as foul modamas, balila, chickpeas fatteh,
eggplant fatteh, meat fatteh, eggs with minced lamb or beef sausage, and
falafel.
Further selections including cheese rukakat, fried kibbeh,
meat sambusek, shakshuka, and several egg options (either boiled, fried or
scrambled) are also available.
Capping the sumptuous breakfast meal is a dessert selection
of cheese kunafa, fresh sliced fruits, jams, and halawa bel jebn.
