Last week, I had the opportunity to try Gaucho at DIFC.


It is  an award-winning progressive concept, with an array of steaks specialties. Feast on a lavish spread of Argentinian classics, paired with an intimate fine-dining setting where food, service, ambiance and excellence, through quality, come together.

The overall culinary experience was just amazing! A true Argentinia cuisine with a  contemporary twist.





As the summer season comes to a close, Gaucho DIFC will not only be opening its doors to their beautiful outdoor terrace, but will be serving up a brand new Terrace Night Brunch Menu.
Gather your family and your friends and indulge in a brunch sharing menu consisting of 8 savoury dishes, along with delicious dessert options. From a flavoursome Truffle & Mushroom Risotto to Gorgonzola Croquettes and Ecuadorian Ceviche, treat yourself to an evening of unlimited tapas and beverages!

Hand diced beef, red peppers, raisins, Spanish onions and ají molido 
ECUADORIAN CEVICHE 
Shrimp, roasted tomato and pepper sauce, onion and coriander 
SALMON CARPACCIO 
Grilled corn, grapefruit, wasabi mayonnaise and coriander cress 
HUMITA EMPANADA 
Creamed corn with basil and mozzarella 
TRUFFLE & MUSHROOM RISOTTO 
Black truffle, parmesan shavings, trompette and girolles

Marinated in panca paste and ají amarillo

Beef chorizo sausage, jalapeños and chipotle mayonnaise

Truffle risotto balls coated in breadcrumbs and served with a blue cheese sauce
